DR Dre Workout Plan
A lot of muscle building plans give you the same generic advice. Lift heavy, eat lots of food, get lots of sleep, be lazy outside the gym etc etc. This workout I want to introduce you is the absolute best if you want to get as big as Dr Dre. It will allow you to pack on layers of muscle, especially focusing on the showy muscles like the chest, arms, shoulders and back while building you lean athletic legs.
